At least I always have a birthday shot huh? My Baby boy turned 4! Time has just gone by too fast! Thomas the Train was the Theme! I mean what else could it possible be! lol He was happy and that is all that matters!

Happy Easter!

We hope that you had great Easter Sunday, because we sure did have a great time! Noni with the help of uncle Steve-o and Skitten, hunted for Easter eggs, and the family came over for dinner. We had enough food to feed an army.

The Muffin Man

Do you know the Muffin Man, the Muffin Man the Muffin Man? I do, because he woke me up bright and early needing some muffins! So we baked up some mini muffins thanks to Great Grandma for the mini muffin pans, and by the time Daddy woke up, we had fresh blueberry and chocolate chip mini muffins!

Noni and the Gnome

I made this little Gnome one night and Noni fell in love with him. He calles him Santa Clause I could see where he get that from, but he was made in orange... lol. I have to say that I love seeing him carry this little guy around with him.... his father might not be too happy about it though

Our Valentine's Date!

Jealous? you should be, because I had the best Valentine's Day date (in) that I have had in a long time. Lets just say that Hubby doesn't celebrate, but that didn't stop me and my little man! I do have to admit though that Gil did buy the Flowers, and they were perfect and totally not expected... Our Date (without Gil since he was at work) Consisted of me and my little man, some movies, a heart shaped Pizza and M&M's, because what is Valentines Day without some Chocolate? I hope all of your day turned out as well as ours did!

Is it Cold? I don't care!

Yep, it is darn cold! It is even chilly in this new house of ours... but everytime I turn around.... Naked Baby! He just doesn't care that it is cold! He was truely born in the right state if chilly temps have no affect on him. Gil is forever yelling at me to put pajamas on him, and I do! He just gets out of them! So the question for today.... Does anyone have any duck tape?

Happy Birthday Cousin Rolando!

Its January again and with January comes Cousin Rolando's Birthday... and a party isn't a party with out a pinata! Now that the parts of a pinata that breaks off and you can put on your head? Well Goodness, that makes a great hat! The other kids a little older are wise enough to grab the parts that fall off and use them to pick up the candy after the things busts. Noni, Thought screw that! I got a hat! (inside a little bit I am smiling becuase it means he doesn't get the much candy and we aren't up all night on a sugar high!) As you can see Daddy is just sooooooooo proud of his little man... who looks like he is wearing a princess hat. lol I don't Gil even noticed that that is what it looked like or I am sure there wouldn't have been this many pictures taken of him in it. So, another party has come and gone, and all the yummy food that comes with it all eaten up! God I love the food at these parties! The last pick I had to put up only because it looks like Buzz Lightyear is karate chopping my kid! With the help of Junior of course. Anyway I hope the New Year is treating you all well!

Got a Picky Eater? Not Me!

Oh, my baby boy... with a darn cute hair cut might I add, Loves his salad. The point here being he loves anything I put infront of him (for a time he didn't care for ketchup but he got over that). So here is my baby insisting on my salad, and thank goodness he left me the soup!

Just another Friday

We were at Festival foods and what did Noni spot.... Oh it might have been Elmo in cupcake form! Did we need to get him... no..... Would it make a little boy happy for a $1.50 Treat? YES! So, we had to get him.

Taking time to smell the.... tulips.

We have spent many a tuesday at Tues Tots, well this week we went on a field trip to this garden on the lakeshore. For the life of me I can't remember the name at this time, and google isn't helping me think of it either. I tried to get noni to smell the flowers so I could get a picture of him, but everytime he bent down and I snapped the picture, he was already back up again. We had a great time though, and the tulips were beautiful, What a great way to start summer! And come on... what a cutie!

Happy Birthday BABY!

So for Jovan's Birthday Gil and I thought that it would be a fantastic Idea to get him a train table. He goes crazy when we are at the library, with thier train table. And he loves loves loves, Thomas the train... and all of his Friends. So after much thought we found a table that was just the right price and we bought it! Once we got it home we realised why it was such a good deal. EVERYTHING had to be put together, there was thousands of pieces. The instruction weren't all that hard to understand, but there were so much to do, it was hard to figure out where to start. After hours of putting this thing together It was Finally done! (thank god) And it was so worth it. Noni absolutely loved it, and it kept him completely entertained. The train makes noise when it goes over certain parts of the track. Usually I hate when toys makes sounds... it is just annoying. But this table, and all of its sounds... is just CUTE!

Easter!

Finally this year... we were excited over easter! I have been waiting for my Jovani to be excited over the holiday's or over his Birthday. Now he is finally getting It we started off the morning with hunting for his easter basket and then we Went by grandma and grandpa's house for easter dinner and to hunt for EGGS! It great not only for him, but for me, to see him so happy and excited, makes a parent just as happy.

How CUTE!

Okay.... Maybe I am biased.... Why? Well first, the cutie in the picture is mine... and secondly the pj pants he is wearing I made! It was my first attempt at making pants, and I think I did pretty well. Could I bought them for as much at it took to make them.... probably. But could I impress people with my sewing skills... nope. I am not really sure why he had to flash me so I could take a picture of him in his new pants... but every picture I tried to take... he had his shirt up. Ahhh boys will be boys.

Shorts or pants?

Cleaning out the closet is never easy. Especially when you you have a three year old that is obsessed with Thomas the train, and when he see a pair of PANT in a size 12M.... when he is nearly THREE And then he insists that he needs to wear them. So it looks like that what was cute pajama pants for my teeny tiny boy... is now skin tight short for my big boy! And he is pretty proud of them. What is a mom to do?

Let me show you everything I have.... Or so that is what Noni thought a camera was for. I took out my new camera, and Noni wouldn't let me alone he had to have a picture of every single one of his choo choo trains, all of his cars, whatever movies he could find, and his Diego blanket.

God where does the time go?

My baby boy will be two this month and today I bought him his first pack of undies! He has been on an Elmo kick lately. Everything is Elmo. We watch elmo all day long. and yes if you look closely you can see Elmo laying on the floor. oh FYI there is Elmo on his new undies. Anyway I thought that he looked so cute and I know that I haven't posted in a long time so here is my little man. Mr Elmo himself who had to pull his shirt all the way up so that I could take a picture of this little undies.

My Baby and his new Table

So the one Job that Gil has in our house hold is to take out the garbage, and every once in a while he bring something back from his trip to the dumpster. Now I know what you all might think ... why would someone pull something out of the dumpster? Well when it is as cute and as in as good condition this table and chairs were... how could you not pull it out? The Orthapedics office that is about 20 feet away was closing and they threw this table and chairs away... and now it is ours. It is adorable and I love it... and it was free!!! What could be better? Plus Noni Loves it!

Spagetti BOY

So tonight was the first night that we had spagetti as a family and it was so cute! Noni just loved it and he ate it all up! He was so hungry tonight it was a good change from how little he has been eating lately. So as he was eating I thought it would be a good time to take a picture of my spagetti monter. OH FYI Gil thought it would be a good idea if he gave noni red kool aid out of his cup so not only is he full of spagetti he also has a big red juice stain. (on yet another shirt!)

Yea... most of this summer we have gone with out the Internet... and let me tell you it has been a pain in the BUTT. The little time I actually had a connection was set aside to pay bills. So now that we have shelled out the extra $20 a month it looks like I will be able to post just a tad bit more. Noni's new favorite place to play is by the TV which drives me crazy. One it is way to dangerous with all those cords. ( which are now wrapped up and under control) And Two he knocks cars back where he can't reach them and then screams until we fish them out. We have blocked off the TV as best as possible now so he can't wiggle behind it. As you can see we were watching Jeopardy... and no I don't remember the answer to the question. And yes I realise that the picture is crooked I was trying out my new camera when noni went to retrieve a car that he had pushed behind the TV when I freaked out to get him and this is the picture I got.I have recently cut my little boys hair... that is right I said I CUT IT! I just can't see spending $10 for them to cut his hair. One he freaks out so I have to hold him, which mean I get covered in hair. Two the last time we went the lady was very bitchy and she kept complaining that he was moving his head... he was 11 months old at the time... what do you really expect? And Three it is not a complex cut... so I just took the clippers to it. Everyone says that he doesn't look like a baby anymore, he is a little man. Which makes me sad cuz I don't want to give up the baby part.and last but not least this picture is the newest of the bunch. I was trying to get him to focus on the shiny camera and not on his new sandals which has that strap that does between the toes, which he didn't really like. That Is my Noni Bologna... yea.... that is what I have been calling him....

He started walked at 13 months... we never thought he would... and just last week he finally did all the steps up to our apartment. Which is a lot of stairs to climb for a little guy. We are very proud!
